Minimum Income Requirements:

1 bedroom apartments  $1,500 to  $1,800  monthly income

2 bedroom apartments $1,800 to $2,200 monthly income

3 bedroom apartments $2,200 to $2,500 monthly income

Minimum Six months current job

No evictions within the past 2 years

Copies of paystubs and driver's license required

Do not accept HUD, section 8  or any housing assistance

 Attention: Please be aware that I will be doing background checks from National Tenant Network effective immediately with an application fee of $30.00.

 Of special note: if you are a tenant that is behind on your rent, only repairs of an emergency will be repaired.  Also, we now have our collection agency -Rent Recovery Services to collect any unpaid or overdue bills or damages to properties today or in the future.
