Our business philsophy is to provide our tenants with above average service and prompt repairs.  In return, we expect our tenants to treat our properties like their own and be honest and prompt with their rent payments.

I have one rule that MUST be followed:

Say what you mean and mean what you say.  Plain and simple: Be honest and we will have a very good relationship.

Is service. Service to our tenants.  We want to create a win win relationship with you.  If you are happy with our properties, you will pay your rent on time and care for your apartment or townhouse.  I promise you that you will not find a better landlord in the Carlisle Area. Of course that is assuming that you hold up your end of the lease. 

Who We Are

We are a family owned business since 2002.  We are full time landlords that take pride in our ownership of our properties and expect our tenants to live up to their lease agreements.   We believe in personal service.  When you call us, we answer your concerns one on one.  If we can not fix it, we will have our personal HVAC, plumber or electrician fix it promptly.  The key to you receiving excellent service is keeping your rent paid current.
