Are you a current tenant that has lived in one of our apartments at least 6 months and are current on your rent?

If you answered yes to both of these questions then you may be eligible for our apartment exchange program!!!!

What is our apartment exchange program?

You are eligible to "trade" up or down regarding your current apartment without the need for a new security deposit or waiting til your lease expires...

1. go to our website page Properties for rent at properties_for_rent
2. select the appropriate apartment bigger or smaller your choice...
3. contact me through email about your desire to move...
4. assuming your answers to the 2 questions were yes...
5. sign a new 12 months and move into your new apartment.
6. your security deposit will be transferred with you only needing to pay the difference if your new deposit is higher..  example $500 to $650 would need to pay $150 difference before move in
7. If your deposit is lower for the new apartment, the larger deposit will transfer over... example $675 to $600... deposit will be $675
8. all I ask is that your old apartment be cleaned out and ready to re-rent as soon as possible.
9. pictures of current apartment to show conditions of apartment prior to approval.
10. If unable to provide a clean and ready to re-rent apartment you may be required to pay additional deposit.
11. no need to wait til the end of the month either... new rent payment will start at the beginning of the next full month.
12. pay a one time transfer fee of $350.00
13. must move within 2 weeks of payment of transfer fee otherwise it will be an additional $100 per week delay after 2 weeks.
14. no complaints or current problems with your fellow tenants.
15. ineligible to exchange for same size apartment transfers.
16. require new application and current paystubs.
17. right of refusal is possible.
18. all requests are handled through email in order to be considered for our apartment exchange.
